Mike and I have been cooking together for nearly 20 years, for friends and family.
So when I suggested cooking for other people a number of things went through our heads... is our cooking good enough? How is our food different to other peoples and can we really do it? In March 2019 we held a trial night and were extremely taken aback by the positive feedback, so here we are!
Our supper club is meant to be a friendly and relaxed way of enjoying good meat-free food. The seating and format is informal, and Liz will be around to serve you, while Mike hides in the kitchen.
We all have our reasons for eating the way we do. We are not here to preach, convert, evangelise or criticise. But we do love vegetables, legumes and grains and the versatility of cooking with them. So join us on our journey to discover new tastes, textures, flavours and maybe even reduce your meat-intake on the way...
